Cancellation Policy

We are committed to your reservation; therefore, our cancellation policy is Firm:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% of total reservation cost. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

 

Deposit Policy

A Refundable Damage Deposit of $1,000 is due in order to confirm a booking. Deposit will be refunded one week after check out minus any minor repair/replacement expenses incurred due to damages to the property or in the case of eviction.
