One Time Fees
Cleaning Fee CM - $500
Property Damage Protection with $3,000 Coverage: $79 (included in fee for 7+ days bookings)

Optional Pool Heating - Varies depending on length of stay and desired temperature.  Starts at $250 for 80F.

4% Credit Card Fee for online bookings. 
 

Cancellation Policy

We are committed to your reservation; therefore, our cancellation policy is Firm:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, there's no refund.  We encourage purchasing Travel Insurance - Visit https://winevr.rentalguardian.com for coverage options.

 

Deposit Policy

A Refundable Damage Deposit of $1,000 is due in order to confirm a booking. Deposit will be refunded one week after check out minus any minor repair/replacement expenses incurred due to damages to the property or in the case of eviction.
